1. The Ditchthem Platform

Ditchthem provides competitive battleboards where products can compete for ranking positions.

A ranking position reflects the confirmed stake associated with that position under Ditchthem's published rules. A ranking position is not an endorsement, certification, quality guarantee, or statement that one product is objectively better than another.

Ditchthem is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the brands or products listed on the platform. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Challenge and Ranking Rules

Every empty board starts at $1.

Challenges follow the published power-of-two progression:

To take a higher position, a challenger must reach the required confirmed stake under the applicable board rules.

Previously confirmed stake on the same board counts toward a challenger's next position. The challenger pays only the additional amount required to reach the new target.

When a new #1 position is confirmed, existing positions move down accordingly. The previous #1 moves to #2, #2 moves to #3, and the previous #3 leaves the active Top 3.

A product may compete on multiple battleboards but holds only one active position on each individual board.

Pending, failed, cancelled, or otherwise unconfirmed payments do not create confirmed ranking positions.

3. Payments and Confirmed Stakes

A challenge becomes a confirmed competitive stake only after the applicable payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by the platform.

The amount required for a challenge is determined by the applicable Ditchthem ranking rules at the time the challenge is processed.

Ditchthem does not guarantee that a challenge will result in clicks, traffic, customers, conversions, revenue, or any other business result.

4. Refunds

Confirmed competitive stakes are generally non-refundable once successfully confirmed and applied to a ranking position.

Under Ditchthem's chosen product policy, EU/UK withdrawal or cancellation rights are not offered for confirmed competitive stakes.

Exceptions may apply where:

• a payment was processed incorrectly;
• a transaction was unauthorized;
• a platform or payment-processing failure prevented the intended challenge from being correctly applied; or
• a refund or reversal is required by applicable law.

Refund or payment inquiries may be submitted to support@ditchthem.wtf for review.

5. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use Ditchthem and participate in paid challenges.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through your account.

You must not create fraudulent accounts or use accounts for the purpose of manipulating rankings, clicks, payments, or other platform activity.

6. Fair Competition and Acceptable Use

You must use Ditchthem honestly and in accordance with the Challenge Rules and Acceptable Use Policy.

Prohibited activity includes, among other things:

• fraudulent accounts;
• manipulation of clicks or rankings;
• misuse of payment methods;
• collusion intended to circumvent Ditchthem rules;
• abuse of the platform;
• unlawful or deceptive activity;
• infringement of third-party rights; and
• activity that violates applicable payment-provider requirements.

Ditchthem may reject, remove, suspend, or reverse activity that violates these rules.

7. Products and Content

Ditchthem may review, reject, remove, or suspend products and related content that are unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, infringe third-party rights, misuse trademarks, or otherwise violate Ditchthem policies or applicable requirements.

Submitting a product does not guarantee approval, publication, ranking, traffic, or continued availability.

8. Third-Party Websites

Ditchthem may provide links or redirects to third-party websites.

Ditchthem does not control those websites and does not guarantee their availability, content, security, accuracy, products, services, or business results.

A product's presence or ranking on Ditchthem does not constitute an endorsement of the linked product or website.

9. No Guaranteed Results

Ditchthem provides competitive placement and exposure.

Clicks, traffic, customers, conversions, revenue, or other business results are not guaranteed.

10. Platform Changes and Availability

Ditchthem may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the platform, battleboards, or platform functionality as necessary to operate and maintain the service.

Ditchthem does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform.

11. Enforcement

Where Ditchthem identifies fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited activity, it may take appropriate action, including rejecting a challenge, removing a product, suspending an account, removing a ranking position, or reversing activity where appropriate.

Ditchthem.wtf is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the brands listed on this site.

Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
