Refund Policy

1. Confirmed Competitive Stakes

Once a challenge payment has been successfully confirmed and the resulting stake has been applied to a ranking position, the competitive stake is generally non-refundable.

This is because the confirmed stake directly participates in the competitive ranking mechanism.

Under Ditchthem's chosen product policy, EU/UK withdrawal or cancellation rights are not offered for confirmed competitive stakes.

2. When a Refund or Reversal May Apply

A refund or reversal may be considered where:

• a payment was processed incorrectly;
• the same payment was accidentally processed more than once;
• a transaction was unauthorized;
• a payment was successfully captured but the intended challenge was not correctly created or confirmed due to a platform or payment-processing failure; or
• a refund or reversal is required by applicable law or the applicable payment-provider process.

3. Review Requests

If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly or without authorization, contact: support@ditchthem.wtf

Please provide enough information for the transaction to be identified and reviewed.

Ditchthem will review the inquiry and, where appropriate, coordinate with its payment provider.

4. Ranking Activity

A successful challenge may immediately affect public ranking positions.

A refund or reversal after a confirmed challenge may therefore require the associated ranking or platform activity to be corrected or reversed where appropriate.

5. No Guaranteed Business Results

Payment for a challenge purchases competitive placement under Ditchthem's published rules. It does not guarantee clicks, traffic, customers, conversions, revenue, or any other business result.

Ditchthem.wtf is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the brands listed on this site.
