Ditchthem is intended to provide a fair competitive environment for products participating in public battleboards.
You must use Ditchthem honestly and in accordance with applicable law, Ditchthem rules, and payment-provider requirements.
Prohibited Activity
Ditchthem may reject, remove, or suspend products, users, or challenges that:
- are illegal;
- are fraudulent;
- are deceptive;
- are abusive;
- infringe third-party rights;
- misuse trademarks; or
- violate applicable law, platform policies, or payment-provider requirements.
Attempts to create fraudulent accounts, manipulate clicks or rankings, misuse payment methods, collude to circumvent Ditchthem rules, or otherwise abuse the platform may result in suspension, removal, or reversal of activity.
Ditchthem may reject or remove content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
Enforcement
Where prohibited or abusive activity is identified, Ditchthem may take appropriate action, including rejecting activity, removing products or content, suspending accounts, removing ranking positions, or reversing activity where appropriate.
